Meet our Provider

Hi, I’m Cyndi — the therapist behind Anchored Mental Health.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure or judgment. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, build insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My Approach

My work is rooted in connection, safety, and the understanding that healing happens not just through talking, but through deeper processing and awareness.

I integrate relational therapy with brain-body approaches, including Brainspotting, to support individuals in working through trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we focus on helping you feel more regulated, more grounded, and more in control of your experiences.

You don’t have to force progress here — we move at a pace that feels right for you.

Areas of Focus

  • Trauma and complex life experiences

  • Anxiety and emotional regulation

  • Foster care and adoption-related concerns

  • Parenting support, including neurodiverse needs

  • ADHD and executive functioning challenges

  • Life transitions and identity development

Professional Background

I am a master’s level social worker and Brainspotting-certified therapist with experience supporting individuals and families across a range of settings, including work with:

  • Foster care and adoption systems

  • Survivors of trauma and exploitation

  • Families navigating behavioral and emotional challenges

  • Individuals experiencing ADHD and cognitive differences

My work is informed by both professional training and real-world understanding of complex family systems and lived experiences.

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel uncertain — that’s normal.

Our first conversations will focus on understanding what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what support looks like for you. From there, we’ll build a plan that aligns with your goals and needs.

Outside of the Therapy Space

At Anchored Mental Health, the focus is always on you. I value authenticity, connection, and creating a space where people feel safe enough to do meaningful work.

Considering Starting Therapy?

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step — you don’t have to have everything figured out to get started.

Anchored Mental Health is currently accepting new clients for private pay services. Insurance contracts are in progress, and additional options will be available in the future.

In the meantime, we are committed to making services as accessible as possible and can work with you to determine an affordable rate based on your needs.

Please don’t let financial concerns be a barrier to reaching out.
If you’re considering therapy, we encourage you to connect so we can talk through your options and see if this feels like the right fit.
